Technical supervision in Mongolia is a formal, legally recognised role — the Техникийн хяналт is appointed by the client to independently verify that construction is carried out in full compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and contractual requirements. KHZT's certified technical supervisors protect client interests throughout the construction lifecycle, from groundbreaking through to final handover. We are registered with the relevant Mongolian professional bodies and our supervisors hold valid Техникийн хяналтын гэрчилгээ (technical supervision certificates) required under Mongolian construction law.

Official appointment as Техникийн хяналт, registered with the relevant government authority as required by Mongolian construction law.
Design Compliance Verification
Every element of construction verified against approved design drawings and technical specifications before sign-off.
Materials Inspection
Testing and certification of all construction materials at source and on-site — aggregate, bitumen, steel, concrete — against MNST and project specifications.
Construction Stage Sign-Off
Formal inspection and written approval at every critical construction stage — earthworks, sub-base, base, surfacing — before the next stage proceeds.
Хяналтын тэмдэглэл / Supervision Journal
Daily supervision journal (Хяналтын тэмдэглэл) maintained as the legal record of all site observations, instructions, and approvals.
Final Handover Report
Completion certification and technical handover documentation submitted to the client and state commission for project acceptance.

How we work
Appointment & Registration
KHZT formally appointed as Техникийн хяналт and registered with the relevant government authority before construction begins.
Pre-Construction Review
Design documents, work programme, and contractor quality plan reviewed and approved before any site work starts.
Active Site Supervision
Resident supervisor on-site during all critical works with daily journal entries and photographic record.
State Commission Support
Full preparation and participation in the Улсын комисс (state acceptance commission) for final project sign-off.
