Support national and regional transport planning studies, traffic modelling, and feasibility work for government and development bank clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic counts and origin-destination surveys
- Build and run traffic models (VISUM, CUBE, or equivalent)
- Prepare economic analysis including cost-benefit studies
- Draft sections of feasibility and ТЭЗУ reports
- Present findings to client and government stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years transport planning experience
- Traffic modelling software proficiency
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport, or Economics
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Mongolian language required, English an advantage
